Extremely presumptive? Not at all. The post-Jermiah Wright primaries prove my number. Hillary Clinton won the White voters in these primaries by 65% to 70% and in many exit polls 15% of the White democrats mentioned that race was very important factor in their decision and voted for Hillary Clinton. If 15% are capable of saying this publicly then assuming 20% of white democrats who will not for a black person is a very conservative assumption.
