From the article:
“Linda said she was at the event to support Palin, who solidified her vote for the Republican ticket.”
Same here, I was lukewarm on McCain, let’s be honest here, but Gov Palin moved me away from a third party vote and into the Palin McCain camp.
I remain lukewarm on McCain himself, but agree wholeheartedly on the effect Palin has had.
My husband still threatens to cut the yard sign in half and rearrange the names to Palin / McCain.
Heh!
Well padre I’m glad to see you’re getting some of that old time religion!
Realistically, if Sarah and the McCain campaign were perceived to be truly on the ropes by supporters and ready to be knocked out by Obama’s overwhelming support in New Hampshire and in the rest of the country as the MSM suggests on a daily basis through self-aggrandizing polls and commentary, Sarah would not be performing before SRO audiences. Instead any truly objective person has to come to the conclusion that if anything Sarah’s audiences have grown larger and she and her ideas have become more popular as the campaign moves toward the final stretch and the finish line. Now if there are signs that her support on the stump is diminishing and the crowds are not filling the venue consistently I will be the first one to admit that perhaps the bubble has burst, but until that time I will remain firmly behind the eloquence and passion of Sarah who I see as the only viable chance to beat back the Obama forces of evil, despair and oppression that will change America forever.
