Something about this was mentioned on FOX’s Strategy Room today. The moderator made a comment about how it isn’t true and is tired of a few wacko’s bringing it up. He said he’s a reporter and when he wants to get the facts, he goes straight to snopes.com because they know the truth about everything. Ignorance is bliss.
How many stories about Republicans end up not being true but they go with them anyway? This may or may not be factual but they can't deny there's an ongoing lawsuit that has not been dismissed. That by itself makes it news. I don't know why they're so determined to sweep it under the rug.
