“A few bad apples” would mean the occasional bad registration. When a county randomly samples 1200 of your registrations, and ALL 1200 come back fraudulent, that’s systematic.

The talking point is that none of these people who registered have voted yet. Therefore, it’s not fraud. They repeat this no matter what the question.
Just like when Obama followers are asked about Ayers or ACORN the response is always “That’s not what the American people want to talk about.” Just once I wish a reporter would say, “But this is my microphone and it’s what I want to talk about so answer the damned question!”
