The perception of disenfranchisement is exceptionally strong in the Black community and is a huge motivating factor in GOTV efforts. ACORN needs to be taken down in one fell prosecutorial swoop, because if they aren't they're just going to get stronger by using the victim/disenfranchisee card to stampede support in their direction.

It's just taking the old saying that if you are going to take a shot at the king, you gotta make sure to kill him, and applying it to RICO enforcement.
