You are absolutely right, however, once those ballots are removed from the registration information, there is NO WAY you can track them. If Ohio’s Sec of State has her way, they will be lumped into the mix prior to the verification of registration. That’s the problem. You can say there are X number of fraudulent registrations, but once separated, how can you redact the fraudulent votes?
