The Republican Chairs in each state and county are ultimately responsible for preventing voter fraud.
It would behoove FReepers to make nice with their county chairs and make sure they are up to the job (nicely).
Correction: Republican and Democrat county chairs are EQUALLY responsible for preventing fraud.
