Why is it that in the arguments over “humane” ways to kill murdering scum that shooting them in the head is never mentioned. That is the most humane, painless way to kill someone I know of. Kind of messes up their face but so what. Actually a .22 long rifle in the right spot would kill them quick and not throw brains everywhere either. Works on cows and they are much bigger than humans.
The framers could never have forseen the sentimental nonsense that passes for legal reasoning these days.
