I disagree. Quebec is a hopeless communist province. Harper bashed the elitist attitude of many liberals, and that obviously upset the voters in Quebec. Harper couldn’t win the majority without Quebec.

I don’t want Harper to pander to those hopeless communists in Quebec, and would rather take a minority conservative party with strength in other regions!

The party needed to do a better job in rural Quebec and the 905 region. But I can't quibble with the final results. Like I said, a mere 1-2% shift in the popular vote would have given the Tories the majority. But they ran a good campaign and acquitted themselves well.
