fathers pay child support. Just having the wrong name is sufficient.

Yep, that was one of Garcetti's claims to fame.
It made him very popular with all the libs.

But The LA Times did run a good article exposing this legalized theft.
It at least generated noise; even a Democratic legislator tried
to get the law changed, but too many parties like the status quo.

What I can hardly handle is that my former state of Oklahoma
allows this Bravo Sierra to go forward.
