OK, if the Democrats win the electoral vote and Obama can't show that he is qualified (according to the Constitutional requirements), then as of Jan. 20, 2009, Joe Biden would become Acting President, and Congress would rush through a law changing the rules so that Obama would qualify as a natural born citizen, and then he would be sworn in as President. They would have to wait until Jan. 20 or GWB would be able to veto it.

Phillip Berg will have to live in a foreign country under an assumed name if Obama wins.

Some inner cities may have riots either way, either celebrating if Obama wins or in anger if he loses. Democrats generally won't riot if McCain wins--they didn't riot in 2000 or 2004. Republicans don't have a tradition of rioting.

The 'Rats are getting pretty brazen about their determination to win at all costs in Ohio, and no Republican has won the White House without carrying Ohio. Bush carried Ohio by fewer than 200,000 votes in 2004, and there are at least that many dubious registrations turned in recently which the Ohio secretary of state is refusing to verify or allow local officials to check. If Justice Stevens rules her way today, the state of Ohio may be out of reach for McCain.

Unfortunately this year is different. Only 13% of America supports income re-distribution. A solid 84% are against any form of it.

If Obama gets elected and the tag team of Obama and the Pelosi lead blank check congress unleash their taxes, spending and income redistribution...

It will not take long for people to figure it out and even moderate Democrats will feel duped and then the fun will begin.
