Former UT law student sues Obama Philip J. Berg, a former University of Toledo law student, is suing Sen. Barack Obama, asking questions about the Democratic Presidential nominee's citizenship. Berg doesn't believe he was born in the United States and if the Illinois senator is elected, it would cause a crisis within the U.S. Constitution. Obama's campaign contends he was born in Hawaii. Phillip Berg will have to live in a foreign country under an assumed name if Obama wins.
The 'Rats are getting pretty brazen about their determination to win at all costs in Ohio, and no Republican has won the White House without carrying Ohio. Bush carried Ohio by fewer than 200,000 votes in 2004, and there are at least that many dubious registrations turned in recently which the Ohio secretary of state is refusing to verify or allow local officials to check. If Justice Stevens rules her way today, the state of Ohio may be out of reach for McCain.
Unfortunately this year is different. Only 13% of America supports income re-distribution. A solid 84% are against any form of it.
If Obama gets elected and the tag team of Obama and the Pelosi lead blank check congress unleash their taxes, spending and income redistribution...
It will not take long for people to figure it out and even moderate Democrats will feel duped and then the fun will begin.
