Why does McCain want to go back on the show Thursday. He should call up before the show and say, "Aprils fool, dumba**"--You don't need him, Mac.

Why WHY why would ANY reasonable, reasonably intelligent republican waste their time on this show? or the View and any OTHER leftist stinkhole? WHY?

McCain going on Letterman is as idiotic as Palin going on Couric. The GOP seriously want to lose this thing.

Agree. Why reward bad behavior? Go on Leno instead.

Letterman is a big lefty. McCain needs to tell him to take a hike.

The idiot deserves to be pounded. I would tell Letterman the country was more important than his ego.

Letterman has been ridiculing W for 7.5 years, almost every night I have watched. He says he doesn’t know anything and then he spouts off about global warming and whatever is hot that day. I see in the TV guide he has Sarah Silverman on tonight; probably to rant about Palin.

Letterman has to pretend he has something of value to say. NOT

We were nice to them and they conquered us. We get called racist for the slightest comment and they talk about us like we are second class citizens. Its reverse culturalism. If you aren't a perverted liberal, you are a knuckle dragging low life (soon, with no rights).

Its like they are parading them around as monkeys right now. They look like public fools. They say their cute Republican things and the lefties laugh for days afterward. We are becoming outcasts in the country we created. We let them in and they conquered us.

I have a feeling David Letterman will keep talking about “John McCain, coming up” over and over and then run out of time. Or, there will be a bigger guest he is bumped for and “sorry we couldn’t get to John McCain tonight”.

I have a feeling this is going to happen.

Let’s all be sure to buy lots of products from the nice companies that sponsor the Letterman show. Really, folks... there is no nexus between Letterman’s paycheck and ad revenues. Don’t complain about Lefty Letterman if you support his show by buying his sponsor’s products.

What worries me about McCain is that he is setting himself up to be a gracious loser. There is too much of conciliatory tone, “You don’t have to be afraid of an Obama Presidency..”,
in his town hall meetings. Now he is going on Letterman who has been crapping all over him for days.

The GOP in general, with McCain as the shining example, never ever ever get it. For four decades they’ve been behaving under the absurd notion that playing nice with media/entertainment liberals will get them fair coverage. They never learn. Never. Wonder what McCain thinks of his “base” now?

Satan is the real primary enemy of this country. Our #1 mortal, tactical enemy, however, is the liberal infostructure. We have no chance of retaking our country unless we take back the infostructure. If this country had a neutral MSM, Democrats would hold 15% of elected offices, max.

Screw him. He is so great that he comes on at 11:30 p.m., long after people have gone too bed, except the low lifes, his target audience.

McCain still thinks it’s 2004 and the press is in love with him. Letterman will treat him disrespectfully and embarrass him. He spit in Bill O’Reilly’s mug, on camera, before O’Reilly came on stage. And O’Reilly STILL goes on his show. Our side is pathetic.

This Letterman thing is right at the heart of McKeating’s problem: Why should he care what that gasbag thinks? He’s not voting for you, Johnnie, you idiot. He only liked you when you took on Republicans.

What a Maroon. Thank goodness for Sarah.
