With only a few short weeks left, we are facing what could be, if we do not act now, a disaster for our Second Amendment Freedoms!

Tracking polls tell us that if the election were held today, not only would Barack Obama become the most anti-gun politician ever elected President of the United States, gun owners would be facing losses of between 20-30 pro-gun votes in the U.S. House and as many as 8 in the U.S. Senate!
This is a very serious situation. Gun owners were able to weather the storm in 2006 and maintain their narrow majorities in Congress. In 2008, those majorities are in danger of being erased!
But we have the ability to turn this around by telling the truth about Barack Obamas radical anti-gun record!
The good news is that NRA-PVF is already having an impact! The message NRA-PVF is delivering to the voters is so effective, the Obama campaign is trying to silence it. They are using strong-arm tactics to threaten the FCC licenses of radio and television stations that run NRA-PVF ads!
Obamas lawyers are using cease and desist letters to intimidate station managers in an effort to force them to take down NRA-PVF ads. In Missouri, Obama has gone so far as to recruit law enforcement officials and prosecutors to abuse the powers of their public offices to harass media outlets!
But NRA will not allow your voice to be silenced!

In the past, Obama has supported gun bans, one-gun-a-month restrictions, gun owner licensing, and gun registration. He opposed your right to self-defense, even in your own home! He opposes right to carry laws and he wants new federal restrictions on gun sales and gun owners. If he has anti-gun majorities in Congress, there is no limit to the damage Barack Obama could do to our Second Amendment rights.
We must remember, when asked about gun registration or other gun restrictions, Obama does not say he opposes these radical proposals, he says he "does not have the votes to get that done." Well, the nightmare scenario where he DOES have the votes is staring us right in the face!
But there is good news!
There is time to turn this around!
And there is better news!
Gun owners can have a major impact on this election!
Thats right, gun owners are the key. We hold the future of our freedoms in our hands. We control our own destiny.
There is no doubt that Barack Obama knows this as well. That is why he has worked so hard to hide his record and to convince gun owners he is not the threat we know him to be. He knows if the truth is told, and gun owners vote to protect their rights, Obama loses!

The NRA's been hammering Obama & Co. in print for the last few months. These ads have been running for almost four weeks now.
Ammo is a funny thing. Use too much and you’re in trouble. Use too little and.......
Where is that other gun group? Where are they hiding?

Fighting BATFE abuses in Court.
They don't have the money the NRA ILA and PVF have, so their ability to run ads is limited.
They do have this available on a T shirt
I for one am glad we have multiple pro Second Amendment groups, each using different methods and coming at the issue from somewhat different directions. I try to keep up my membership in each. (except JPFO, for reason I never have gotten around to joining that, although I could since you don't have to be Jewish to join. I think I need to fix that). Of course if you think Pratt is way "out there", you've never seen Zelman. I've seen both, and the NRA leadership at the time, at a Gun Rights Policy Conference, the one held in the DFW area quite a few years ago.
I don’t think Pratt is out there. I think he’s running a sham operation. The Second Amendment Foundation doesn’t even have the money the GOA has but they are partners with the NRA on a lot of lawsuits.
The GOA is nothing more than a “emailing alert” T-Shirt company.
