You are absolutely correct.
Those that 'the god of this world has blinded' need our prayers. They may make things uncomfortable for believers, but we are only here for a short time, 'but we have a building of God, an house not built with hands, eternal in the heavens.
So we pray not only for the Palin family, and our country, but also for unbelievers. May the Gospel light shine in their hearts, to give them eyes to see and ears to hear.
