They did this to Pim Fortuyn in Holland. The IslamoLeft in Holland spew hate at Pim and some nut took the bait and killed him. Pim was a patriot for the Dutch but the Islamists cut him down. This is an old trick to spew hate towards a honorable politician in the hope that some psycho acts it out.

I hope this lady recovers quickly.

IIRC, Pim was assassinated by an animal rights activist.
And got a ridiculously light sentence.

But I do suspect the Islamics were just beaten to the punch.
