I’m not big on conspiracy theories, but I’m 100% sure there are those out there spreading fear & misinformation, the rest - I’ll keep an open mind about - I think it is possible.
I like Mike! I liked Mike over McCain & Romney in the primaries and I like a Palin-Huckabee ticket in 2012.
His show is great.
Thanks for prompting me, Sparky. I've been meaning to "bullet-point" this:
- Frances Fox Piven and her husband, Richard A. Cloward authored the strategy themselves and in 1966, published it in The Nation. It was a sensation in the radical community. (It's been done by Marxists in other countries, but they get the credit, here.)
- Then they discovered how to balloon welfare in America, in the '70's and '80's. Rudy Giuliani cited them when he moved to save New York from its ensuing welfare bankruptcy.
- Cloward and Piven were also present when Pres. Clinton signed the Community Reinvestment Act extentions for massively mandating sub-prime loans upon private mortgage institutions.
- Piven also took part in the formation of ACORN, utilizing the same high-level organizers who pushed for the rapid expansion of the welfare roles, previously.
BTW, I have been in the thick of grassroots conservative and pro-life politics. If it weren't for our various organizations "conspiring" and assuming coordinated roles with goals and objectives in mind, things would be even worse in America.
History, it has been said, is the history of conspiracies.
