Michelle Obama, the wife of Democratic presidential nominee Sen. Barack Obama, will campaign in Rochester on Monday. She’ll appear at a rally at the Mayo Civic Center. The Obama campaign staff says the doors will open at Taylor Arena at 10:30 a.m. The program begins at noon.
