If this David Freddoso was a true conservative he would never have written this for publication at this time. What was his plan, to show all the world that conservatives will throw away the election just to make a point?
Nonsense. Freddoso's had his life threatened by Obama supporters because of his book, and anything I've ever read of his political opinions have been conservative.
Granted, it's not pleasant to read this, because it's true. It's not going to discourage conservatives from voting -- they know the alternative, and if you think about it, it's not going to discourage any moderate or Hillary supporter -- they're not particularly enamored of conservatives, in case you haven't noticed.
This idea of throwing away the election to make a point is further nonsense, considering who's running against him.
However, even if McCain manages to win, conservatives won't be dancing in the aisles for very long.
Having been around these parts for a number of years, I fear he’s not wrong.
I read that polls consistently show that more “conservatives” are voting for Obambi than “liberals” are voting for McCain.
Know who those “conservatives” are?
Yep. The ones who are more than willing, in fact often gleeful and sanctimonious about, “throwing away an election to (in their minds) make a point.”
You know-—like that “point” that was made when the same types voting for Ross Perot and handed the country to the Sinkmeister on a silver platter? That worked out really well, didn’t it.
