I understand your feelings, but I was just trying to help people that might not know about this and would want to attend if they did know.

Sometimes a rally helps lift the spirits, encourages those that might be wavering/thinking about not voting and might or might not change a few minds. Can’t hurt.

Please do not misunderstand my pessimism which at this point borders on despair. I applaud your personal efforts, my distress comes from the obtuseness of the McCain campaign. Kudos to you for your effort, I confess I have lost heart.

Yes, and it gets free media attention (especially in local markets at each stop) for the pro-McCain/Palin effort at a time when we're fighting against a biased media!
