Obama may well win the election. Then again McCain might win. But you have to admit right now there is a feeling in the air that the gloating on the left has come too soon. It’s not good for the Obama campaign that their supporters think they have won. That doesn’t bring out people like the fear on our side will.
I'm not sure that is possible if McCain has given up and is worried about losing with honor.
You are right. Sadly this election reminds me of Bob Dole's. Many talking about how well McCain is doing and the press etc is definitely wrong in what they are saying about McCain.
What we don't need is off hand statements that McCain is going to win. As you said, he might or he might not win. It really is going to be up to what we do to get him there.
We can not count on October, November, or any other surprises. It is for a large part going to be what we do or not. Luckily, FR will be here either way.
