Since Barry failed so miserably in his question about abortion in the Rick Warren forum — “It’s beyond my paygrade” — hasn’t it been interesting to note that abortion has NOT been brought up in the first two presidential debates? I don’t look for it to be asked on Wednesday night either. Can’t have the Chosen One foul up another answer and rile up the evangelicals.

And if we’re placing a burden on the doctor that says you have to keep alive even a previable child as long as possible and give them as much medical attention as — as is necessary to keep that child alive, then we’re probably crossing the lines in terms of unconstitutionality.
