McCain Asks Supporters to Show Obama Respect (Heck with this crapola, nail 'em!)
wall street journal ^ | 10/11/2008 | LAURA MECKLER

LAKEVILLE, Minn. -- Sen. John McCain spoke out against the growing nastiness his Republican crowds have been demonstrating toward Barack Obama, asking that his presidential rival be treated with respect.

At a town hall meeting Friday afternoon, he took four different opportunities to promise that he will treat the Democratic nominee with respect and to ask the same of his supporters.

Still, his campaign is hardly backing down. On Friday, it released a TV ad linking Sen. Obama to a 1960s radical.

At the town hall meeting, one audience member said that he and his wife are expecting a child next year. "Frankly, we're scared. We're scared of an Obama presidency," the questioner said.

I wonder if anyone has asked McCain point blank what do you think 0bama’s involvement was in that Missouri incident where the campaign wanted to prosecute ads with “lies.” How can McCain possibly think we do not have to fear 0bama with a record like this??

Well, guess who was riding upfront with the boss, laughing and joking with John and Cindy? — Lindsey Graham, original member of the gang of 14. If ‘no nuts’ Lindsey is a senior adviser, then we’re all screwed.

The effeminate RINO Senator from South Carolina has been hangin' out with Juan and advising him from day one.

Dear John,

I am concerned that you are being now portrayed as not willing to be tough.

As a retired executive I never asked a subordinate to do something I would not do myself.

You have asked Sarah Palin to appropriately attack Obama for his nefarious relationships.

Now it seems you are backtracking.

That is not the type of executive I want.

Please change course now.

Respectfully,

“Why is okay for Congressman John Lewis to make false charges against John McCain?”

April 21, 2008, 6:28 pm Without Notice, McCain Praises Lewis

Elizabeth Holmes reports from Thomasville, Ala., on the presidential race. When John McCain spoke Monday morning about central Alabama’s role in the civil rights struggle, he talked a great deal about Congressman John Lewis — which came as a surprise to Lewis. The Georgia Democrat was one of the first to cross the bridge during a march from Selma, Ala. to Montgomery, some 50 miles east. There he met armed state troopers and received some of the harshest blows in the attack. “John Lewis took the first blow, a baton thrust to the stomach that shoved him back on the marchers behind him,” McCain said. “He took the second blow, too, a hard swung club to his head, leaving a permanent scar where it struck. Blood poured from the wound, darkening his raincoat. He tried to struggle to his feet, and then collapsed unconscious, his skull fractured.” Before he heralded his heroism, McCain failed to drop a line to Lewis. A statement issued by Lewis’s office late Monday read, “Rep. Lewis had no advance knowledge of the nature or intentions of Sen. McCain’s remarks.” Despite not being contacted about his role in the likely Republican nominee’s speech, Lewis offered up kind words for McCain. “I am gratified that Sen. John McCain would take the opportunity to recognize what happened 43 years ago,” Lewis said in a written statement and then compared the Selma incident to that of Appomattox, Lexington and Concord. “These seminal events cut to the core of American democracy. Their significance to all Americans is much bigger, much larger, and much more profound than partisan politics.”

Wall Street Journal-4/21/08

That's why.

Weekly Standard: "McCain is full of contradictions"

If that's the case, he's not fit to hold a position of leadership. To say that a politician is full of contradictions is really saying that he's full of something else.

McCain was very foolish for stating that we should show Obama respect AND CALLING OBAMA A RESPECTABLE FAMILY MAN THAT WE NEED NOT FEAR.

Show Obama respect?? Has he shown McCain respect? Has he shown America repect?

RESPECTFUL CAMPAIGNING WENT STRAIGHT OUT THE D*MN WINDOW WITH OBAMA’S NASTY, BRUTAL COMMENTS SUCH AS;
‘lipstick on a pig’ and ‘You can wrap AN OLD FISH in a piece of paper called change. It’s still going to stink after eight years.’

Obama and his associates are not fit to shine McCain’s shoes!

McCAIN TAKING THE ABUSE AND INSULTS FROM OBAMA AND REFUSING TO FIGHT BACK IS OUTRAGEOUS!

WE’RE NOT TURNING THE WHITE HOUSE KEYS OVER TO BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA- NOT IF WE ON FR, RUSH, HANNITY AND FOX HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT!

FReep McCAIN/ MSM OUT.

HOW LONG CAN THEY IGNORE A MILLION EMAILS??

.

McCain is losing this campaign because he refuses to fight Obama and his lies, and dirty tactics such as ACORN voter fraud. He’s just been rolling over (or bending over, I should say) and accepting the abuse heaped upon him- and expecially Sarah Palin.

The anemic attempts by the McCain camp to fight back within the last few days just ain’t gonna get it.
He should have been hitting Obama back hard months ago.
He needs to get out there every day and FIGHT BACK.
Email Republican headquarters/McCain.

FReep ‘EM OUT!

CAN THEY IGNORE A MILLION EMAILS?

REMIND McCAIN THAT HE HAS AN OBLIGATION AS OUR CANDIDATE TO FIGHT BACK!
To h*ll with bipartisian BS!
To h*ll with PC!
To h*ll with ‘conducting a respectful campaign’as McCain has said, and vowed to do.

Take off the gloves, McCain!

Hit the Marxist/Muslim hard with Ayers, Acorn, Violation of Logan Act, abortion, 2nd admendment, Campaigning for Odinga!!

Get off the d*mned economy issue. McCain should state that Obama/Democrats/ACORN whatever caused this meltdown. State that he (McCain) offered a proposal to avert the meltdown several years ago, state his solution and GET OFF IT THE D*MNED ECONOMY!
Obama is counting on keeping the economic crisis going to take the spotlight off his sordid past and dirty dealings!
NOTHING is more important than waking America up to this Marxist/Muslim!! DO IT. EXPOSE HIM!
