Letter: Time to vote incumbents out of office

It is somewhat difficult to understand that a man that indicates he served his country would be so against a basic freedom. One of our greatest rights is to choose the representative of our choice; you it would appear feel it is no longer a right we deserve to posses. Much like the Mullahs in Iran who decide who can and who cannot run for office, you, if I understand your view, feel we must forfeit that right and have laws in place to say who and when someone can run for office. Sir, that you feel this is a freedom which should be denied, is shocking. I for one prefer the freedom to choose my representative, it is simply a difference of opinion we have.

Do you feel the Military or Air Force would have been a better served if you were allowed to only serve two terms?

I was held accountable for my actions and reenlistment was not automatic, and I certainly was not getting the perks that these leaches get with a a staff of hundreds sucking on the government teat. We have become a judiciary ruled government this representative republic or democracy is anything but, the people vote on an issue than a judge makes law against the issue. Happens all the time, we are a people with equal rights but no there has to be made into law by our congress special rights for, you name it. The two party system is history, and I apologize if I have offended you but I am having a bad hair and yes at 66 I have a full head of hair.
