[ I don't know what the answer is. All I can say is I'm praying a lot these days. That God will not forget America, and that He will forgive us for not defending her — or His truth. That He may give us yet another unearned blessing! ]

Jeepers dear brother in Christ, but I'm not quite that pessimistic yet.

My optimism (such that I have it) transcends what most people mean by optimism. Which seems to be: Everything in the world affecting us (or me) personally will work out to our (my) advantage. But the word "advantage" is really not defined at all. So I don't know what this optimistic statement actually means, logically speaking.

My optimism is placed in God Himself: That all things here on earth are and yet shall be as they are in heaven — all according to God's Will and Purpose in creating the universe, and especially man.
