You either like liver or you don't.. if you do.. then quality and gormet taste is important.. Its like wine... Some wine tastes very good, some tastes like it was strained through a sock.. and some through a dirty sock..

That makes me wonder if I'd like liver cooked in wine.
Maybe the two tastes would cancel each other out and be something I liked. lol
