I’m confused by Bill Ayers. If he admits now to attempted murder, the statue of limitations has run out on the charge? Or was he ever charged?
Bombing people’s homes is attempted murder. Or near it. Right?
He admits it now, isn’t that still a crime? I don’t get it at all.
I agree on all counts, with exception to the "drug-free for a lifetime" comment. I wonder if this former DEA agent has drank a cup of coffee or used tobacco.
BOOMP
I don’t think there is a statue of limitations on murder
Isn’t it amazing? Obama couldn’t get a security clearance in the military but he can be put in command of the military. Our country is filling up with fools so fast it’s crazy.
The act of constructing and setting off a bomb probably brings federal charges in itself.
Obama couldn’t pass a routine background check for a job in a law firm because he won’t release his academic records. I think it’s because he was a marginal student at best and that all this positioning of him as an intellectual giant would be destroyed. He probably only got into Columbia and Law School because of connections.
Why are candidates not vetted when running for office, at least to see if they are constitutionally qualified to run for office?
Reminds me of the clown set that Clinton brought with him. A close associate high in the security area said the same about them. In addition, I also remember stores told me by folks in certain areas that they simply did not let the Clinton staff know about everything - because they did not trust the secrets to be kept.
Obama and his minions will make the Clintons look like patriots in comparison.

People were Killed by the weathermen!
So you’re suggesting United States Senators are not subjected to FBI background investigations, or routine background investigations to serve in high office?
I am confident they are. Could be wrong though.
However, I’d go one step further.
Any government official, elected or not, at every level, should not only undergo pre employment back ground investigation, but these investigations should be on-going, including annual financial background investigations.
In addition, they should all be subjected to random drug tests...Just as the little guys down at Home Depot and others places are subjected to.
Furthermore, there should be no closed door meeting with ANYONE in government, unless national security is the issue. All meetings outside of of national security issues should be recorded and video tapped and made public upon demand.
Good. Then maybe they will solve the three murdered members of Wright's church, with some help from Barry.
It could be that the DEA has specific disqualifications when it comes to past drug use...that would be interesting to look up. I could be wrong, but I think the past drug use guidelines are stricter in some agencies than others, such as the FBI vs. the CIA or Defense.
If he is elected, Obama will go down in history as the most successful communist mole ever. Nobody even comes close. And Ayers is his handler.
He’s getting the melatonin free pass.
You raise a great question. Here’s my take. The WU literally declared war on the US govt. They bombed govt. buildings etc. People were killed. The FBI treated it like a wartime situation in some cases. Like they were chasing Nazis in WW2. They might have taken some shortcuts with some wiretaps, because it was a “wartime” situation, more than a mere criminal case like bank robbery. Logical, right?
But lo, some liberal commie symp JUDGE threw it out, coming to the rescue of Ayers, due to the wiretap technicality.
With a perp that literally declared war on the US govt, and set bombs!
McCain should call him a former crack head during the debate (to his face of course) and see how Obama reacts.
You are. Not only are CongressCritters not subject to such BI's, they are allowed to see anything they wish, no matter how highly classified. There are "gentleman's agreements" that certain things will only be shown to certain subcommittees, but any 'critter can ask to see anything he/she wants, and they must be shown it.
I served when Red Ron Dellums was in Congress, so the issue came up during various "in briefs" to various "compartments".
GOOD GRIEF. I had to produce valid birth certificates, 2 proofs of residence, and all immunization records to get my kids enrolled in school!!! How on earth does one get to run for POTUS without producing those records FIRST. FIRST—before being allowed to be called a candidate.
