He is not out to demonize his opponent. He is out to show him as wrong on the issues and the wrong person for POTUS. I know we would all like to see him get really cranky, mean and dirty, but it won’t win him the election. It will most likely turn off more moderate voters, who do not appreciated this kind of discourse.
Believe me, I would love to see him get in the Obama campaign’s face BUT THE MEDIA WILL HANG MC CAIN if he does. Unfortunately too many people listen to the MSM cr@p and so Mc Cain and Palin are walking a thin line.

Moderates are useless to worry about, it's the UNDECIDED voters who matter, and the reason Obama can't quite put it away is because there is this trust issue. OBAMA even knows it. He goes to PA and says, “They'll say my name is weird, or I'm a radical......blah blah blah”
Even HE knows people aren't sure about him.
McCain just gave the unsure some solace in voting for someone they were a little hesitant to vote for in November. The undecided most likely would have chosen McCain as the safe choice in the end. Now? After this sound bite is played all over the media? The unsure/undecided have no reason to vote against Obama.
