You gotta love Rush. “Our turn”? Never thought of it that way but worth considering. If it turns to that, if it gets that serious, what do we have to loose?
I haven’t felt this good when I heard the guy in the Wisconsin McCain rally yesterday blast Obama,MSM,DNC, Hollywood coming socialism, since McCain introduced Sarah Palin to America!! The bailout is awful...we all lose, but an Obama takeover of America with socialism is worse.
I had the chance to listen yesterday and he said the same thing. Obviously worth repeating.
Can’t riot in the suburbs, our neighbors have guns to protect their “owned property”, if we riot it has to be on a weekend when most people are off. Not enough public transportation to take all of us to the nearest city and too many of us have consciouses that prevent us from looting. It would be a dull riot.
So maybe we should “do an ‘Odinga’” if McCain loses?

I don’t know if I’ll participate in a riot - but cashing out, selling the business, and moving to Costa Rica is an attractive alternative ;)

The media gives Bill Ayers a pass for his past activities against the US Government and his statement that he could be willing to engage in such activities again.
We don’t riot. Rioting is counter-productive. But we do get fed up. And we do have the same rights and power that anybody else has.
When hard working people are out of work and have lots of time on their hands, they will go public with their displeasure. I predict the unemployment rate will go over 10 percent by the end of Obama’s first year. Our culture will be on the verge of collapse, and people will get angry. This will be the first time in America’s history that we will have a leader who hates us and all that we stand for. Times will be interesting. We should avoid it all.
IMHO- Conservatives of which I am one will not really do anything more than whine about losing our country to socialism.
Just look at what has happened recently. The nationaliztion of large segments of our economy and nothing but posts. And talk of increasing taxes and even more nationalizations and what, nothing. Oh wait one guy said something to McCain and everyone said, “yesh, what he just said”.
So the Marxist/socialists/communists understand we will just keep going to work and doing nothing as everyday we are made slaves is ever increasing ways.
Re-education camps, boy I hope they teach me how to spell, but considering I am a product of public education and thw camps are really just public education I guess I really no concern.
