To: Perdogg
A question. I live in Missouri where ACRON has been active and by definition for that group violating the election laws. Could I as a voter sue ACRON for fraud, the damage being that my vote counted less due to their illegal activities. You would think the government could use RICO since they seem to be taking part in organized criminal activity. Of course that won't happen especially if the dims win in November. If private individuals sued ACRON in every state they are active in, it would certainly tie up their resources.
Any lawyers out there who think this could work?

I saw one Freeper post that stated the feds have already started a RICO investigation of ACORN. If it’s true, we may be able to breathe a bit easier. ACORN must simply be shut down completely, period, end of story. ACORN’S office in Nevada or somehwere out West was in fact raided by the authorities two days ago.
