further proof is that this bad paper was bought w/ a bottom....meaning...it was allowed to dip to say 35 cents a share instead of 10 cents from a high of say 3 bucks

BTW folks Obama earlier today promised Small Business Administration loans for small business. Essentially Obama is promising to make the SBA the new Fredie and Fannie Mac.
The SBA will directly compete with banks with the SBA giving the slow creep that gave us FM/FM.
