Who, if anyone, has the divorce papers dissolving the putative marriage between Stanley Ann and Barack Sr.?
So far as I know, they’ve never been made public.
No divorce records have ever been found for a marriage between Ann and Obama Sr. The story goes that she filed for divorce in 1964 and Sr. signed them at Harvard. One problem with that is that a little known fact was released by the Boston Globe that Sr. actually returned home to Kenya from Harvard in 1964 and his M.A. was sent to him the following year. Which brings up another point in the above story that mentions Obama Sr. was stripped of his passport in 1969, so what passport did he use to visit HI for a month in 1971?
Are they normally public record? IOW, could someone in Hawaii walk into the court house and ask to see them?
