McCain rally in LaCross WI.
USA! USA! USA! USA! USA!
Cindy speaking first.
If John McCain talks about bipartisan cooperation in this speech, I will puke. He needs to lash out and not worry about what Nobama says or what the MSM says. The people need him to get angry.
From Sept. 30 to Oct. 6, Obama spent more than $20 million on television ads in 17 states including more than $3 million in Pennsylvania and more than $2 million each in Florida, Michigan and Ohio. McCain in that same time frame spent just $7.2 million in 15 states. Even when the Republican National Committee's independent expenditure spending in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin is factored in (a total of $5.3 million), Obama still outspent the combined GOP forces by roughly $8 million in the last week alone.
So some can keep playing defense only. That's a strategy for losers in my book, especially when facing an opponent with so much money. Meanwhile the GOP is making plays at blue states PA, MI and WI (very, very close here the past two elections), plus the purplish IA (red last election, blue the one before).
You can think whatever you like. This is not a campaign trailing by ten points in PA, nor is it a campaign trailing badly nationwide. It's a campaign playing chess against an extremely well-financed Marxist with an adoring media.
the vast American middle class wants three things:
-The chance to do honest work
-The opportunity to enjoy the fruits of their labors
-The right to be left alone
Which of these three will be preserved in Obamaland?
That's exactly right. If turnout mirrors 2004, McCain/Palin win. The only way Obama/Biden have a realistic chance is if the media and Democrats convince enough conservatives it's hopeless and already over. And they're having a bit of success, judging by some folks on this forum. But I don't think it'll be enough.
With President Obama, I can guarantee that someone will enjoy the fruits of your labors!!
McCain looks and sounds FIRED UP!
he sure does
wow
Anyone knows the schedule of Palin today?
FYI. The past two Presidential elections WI voters have cast 2.5-3 million votes each time. The race was decided by about 5K votes one time and by about 11K votes the other.
we take wisc and we can lose co nv and still win!
provided that we hold VA NC OH FL
If McCain/Palin win WI, they’ll more than likely win every state you mentioned. The past two Presidential elections each of those states was historically slightly more GOP-friendly (voting wise) than WI.
should mccain really be wasting his time in blue state WI? a state that has not voted republican since 1984!! and MN has not voted republican since Nixon won it in 1972!! meanwhile FL, OH, etc. are slipping away!!!
Who is running this campaign????????????
My goodness, he is kicking ass. This is historic.
this is a really good stump speech
very economy focused
He is MAN-ed up for sure! This better hold until the next debate. He needs to take this tone with “that one” right in his face if necessary, next week. I hope he doesnt wussify out on it.
yes he sure has
this is the speech for the next two weeks please
its tough, but detailed, and mature
This is good...this is good!
Praise the Lord! He’s fired up!!! Thank the Lord!!!
God bless America!
McCain/Palin 2008!!!!!
Yes he is. He is finally opening up that can and telling it like it is — but doing it in a dignified way.
And he CAN NOT back down from next weeks’s debate on this very tone.
