From the National Journal July 2007
“Lippert, 34, received his masters in international policy from Stanford University and joined Obamas office after five years on the Senate Appropriations panels Foreign Operations Subcommittee. He accompanied the senator on his three international trips and helped to formulate his positions on issues as diverse as aid to Africa and policy toward Israel. Hes able to get inside the senators head, said Dan Shapiro, Middle East advisor to the Obama campaign. He always has a pretty clear and accurate sense of what the senators views would be and what type of language he would be comfortable expressing those views with. Hes like an alter ego.

No idea.
But the Nigerian EMail scammers probably have him down as an easy mark now. ;)

INTERNAL MEMO
IMO both e-mails were sent on the same day, nine minutes apart - but from different computers. Looks like obama simply forgot to include the e-mail addy on the first one; someone else in the same office (obama snaps fingers) Hey! send odinga Lipperts contact details...ASAP! And the dimwit who carried out his orders stuffed up...
Human error. Happens all the time.
Yeah, but an American suddenly using Queen's English, doesn't.
Well, not unless you're Madonna.
There's nothing 'Queen's English' about I WILL WISH -
IMO obama is tailoring his language to suit the speaking patterns of his pompous tribal cousin.Obama is a chamelion, all things to all people. When he writes to odinga he becomes Kenyan and 'speaks' Kenyan english.
Candor, can you shed any light on english expression in Kenya?
Actually, it was "I will kindly wish," not "I will wish."
And I agree, it's not Queen's English, it simply bad English, period, an indicative that English wasn't the first language of whomever wrote it.
I Googled the phrase "I will kindly wish," and it came up with only about 25 hits. All but one of them were in reference to the supposed Obama EMail.
The other hit was from a post on Nollywood.net, which is described as "Professional Video and Films In Nigeria & Africa."
The poster, laam, wrote in part, "Please i will kindly wish to request for a help, not in relation to this site,i will wish to ask if it will be possible for me to change my user name in NR..."
What I was ultimately referring to with regard to Queen's English is "in future." This is characteristically British. "In fugure," "in hospital," etc. as opposed to the characteristically American "in the fugure," "in the hospital," etc.
The poster, laam, wrote in part, "Please i will kindly wish to request for a help, not in relation to this site,i will wish to ask if it will be possible for me to change my user name in NR..."
hmmm. Very interesting. 'I will kindly wish' - does then begin to sound somewhat Nigerian...
Not good.
FYI:
Well, not necessarily Nigerian. That just happens to be the where the only other hit for that phrase came from.
Though that does bring up a question. Is there any proof that Corsi actually went to Kenya, and not say Nigeria?

Jerome Corsi, center, follows an immigration officer holding his passport in Nairobi

Guess that answers that question.
Thanks, Fred!
Exactly. The grammar is so poor that there is no way that Obama wrote these. It sounds as though a non-English speaker wrote them, probably an African.
FAKE FAKE FAKE.
Why would Corsi think these are real?
The most hilarious visual ever described by man.
He doesn't have to.
He just has to say that they are and he knows that there are plenty of people who will unquestioningly believe them, spread the word about them, and even defend them.
A good example of this concerns Berg's lawsuit.
When an attorney files a motion, they will typically write out an order, saying the motion was granted, so that if the judge grants it, all he has to do is sign it rather than write his own order.
As you may know, Obama and the DNC filed a motion to dismiss in response to Berg's suit. Berg then filed an opposition to the motion to dismiss. In it, he also included the "blank" order, which said:
ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss pursuant to F.R.C.P. 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6) is DENIED It is further ORDER of this Court that the following discovery is to be turned over to Plaintiff within three (3) days:.
Well, someone saw this over on justia.com and erroneously assumed that the motion to dismiss had in fact been denied and that Obama had three days to turn over the documents that Berg had requested.
It began spreading all over the place. Finally, Berg had a thread posted on his website to inform people that this wasn't true:
ALERT: Contrary to Internet Rumor, No Court Ruling Yet On Obama / DNC Motion to Dismiss in Berg v. Obama
In spite of this, people were actually POSTING THE RUMOR IN THAT THREAD!
And worse? Some of them were even trying to argue with Berg's assistant, telling her that she as wrong! The order HAD been denied and Obama had three days to comply!
Truly incredible.
Some people say the thought of Obama being elected President is frightening. What's frightening to me is that these people are allowed to vote.
I don't care who people like that plan to vote for. They should just STAY HOME on election day.
Hmmmm...
Maybe a couple days before the election, I'll start a rumor that the election has been rescheduled for WEDNESDAY.
Thanks LucyT.
Corsi will have to hav more than this. I doubt anyone will get to see the government email records regarding Obama’s email activity before the election. I am holding off on my opinion about these emails until I see what else he has.
