Now let’s hope that SOS Jennifer Brunner’s appeal falls on deaf ears!
The dragging of (democrat) feet begins.
It’s a Dem conspiracy. Bruner came into office and immediately scrapped Cuyahoga County’s new system after only one election cycle (it had no reported problems, but she made the decision).
She also allowed early voting, without proof of residency, and told election officials they were not required to allow monitors. If the AG hadn’t gotten caught up in a sexual harassment scandal, Ohio would have been stolen and protected by the Dem rats in Columbus.
The dems can’t win in fair (fight) vote.
If this ruling stands Ohio is REALLY in play.
Yeah, but WHO will be doing the verifying?
Let's see an appeals court argue against that! Only a real Obamanoid Commie judge would throw out this ruling.
Hasn’t she filed or is filing an appeal to this ruling?
This is Ohio once a conservative state, now a state in political limbo.
I wonder how long for an appeals court ruling? Then SCOTUS?
The trial judge was pretty damn clear about not messing with the election process!
This Brunner woman needs to be watched. Carefully.
I don’t see how it could be any other thing. Who among us, Republican, Democrat, or independent would not be in favor of insuring the integrity of our elections unless they intend to commit fraud?
Smack, you’re busted. Run her out of the state. Justice Triumphs!
Only a crooked ,ballot-stuffing, election stealer would not want voter verification.
Did you forget your sarc tag?
BTTT
Its already been filed its in the 6th circuit or something like that. see: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2101885/posts?page=90#90
And stalling she is per her interview today:
JENNIFER BRUNNER: “This is currently pending in the federal district court in the Southern District of Ohio in Columbus, and the judge will be hearing arguments on this this morning at 11:00. The Republican Party had this lawsuit in place when they were fighting thewhat we call the overlap voting, which is when absentee voting started, before the close of voter registration, which allowed people to go to an early voting site, register to vote, request an absentee ballot, and vote it on the spot.
In that original lawsuit, they were denied relief, first by the federal judge, and then again by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. But what they did was to try to renew a motion for a temporary restraining order and now push this effort. And what really concerns me is that the way these papers are pled, theyre looking for a list of all the mismatches by October 12th, and this is in light of the fact that at this point in time we are informed that the Social Security Administration will be shutting down its computers for the comparisons from the 10th to the 13th for maintenance over the holiday weekend. And they want that in time tothe Republican Party wants it in time to be able to file challenges twenty days before the election, to require ID, which is already required in Ohio, and also to push people into provisional voting”
