Can voter registrations submitted or completed by ACORN be located and segregated in order to investigate them for validity?

Secondly, can the entire batch by law, be disallowed?

If ACORN submitted registrations contain high percentage of fraudulent voter registration, I would think that everything they submit could be and should be disqualified. They are knowingly attempting to perpetuate massive voter fraud.

No. They can’t throw them out en masse. That would be disenfranchisement of any that weren’t fraudulent. Each one has to be investigated individually, and that’s what the marxist acornists are counting on.

Here in Nevada:
NEW voters that were “registered” this year, 2008:

Republicans=about 3200 new registrations.

Democrats= almost 80,000 new registrations.

Does anyone really believe a 20-1 ratio of new residents in Nevada are Democrats?

It is no wonder that the Sec of State has raided ACORN offices in Las Vegas, and is looking hard at their submissions.
