Anyone that trades trends would be shorting certain sectors, certain stocks for weeks now. Many folks probably had no problem when I went short COP, and DVN....
If you didn't short with the intent of ruining the overall economy you are probably not a bad man; since I don't know you I can't make a judgment on your character.

Ummm...no, you can't as an indidual. I never claimed you could. And I don't think anyone cares if you as an indivual shorts DVN, COP, or MS for that matter.
