Why can't someone go directly to Hawaii Secretary of State and get a true copy of the original certified copy of the birth certificate?
I would, but, I am here in Afghanistan Indian country kicking theirs, trying to protect mine.
Why can't someone go directly to Hawaii Secretary of State and get a true copy of the original certified copy of the birth certificate? Because the law in Hawaii restricts who may obtain such copies, without a court order that is. You basically have to be the person concerned, or a close relative.
