Unless I'm mistaken, the judge already ordered Obama to turn over the birth certificate, and Obama is fighting that order. A third party has also asked to join Berg and has asked that, because Obama is obviously trying to stall it until after the election, the judge directly order all relevant government agencies to not only turn over all documentation, but investigate the issue. No ruling yet that I'm aware of regarding this last request.

I bet there is no oath of allegiance he would have to have that at age 18 in order to re-establish US citizenship. There probably is no US birth certificate either as he was born in Kenya. I think the way I understand it is that he lost his US citizenship on adoption by an Indonesian but could
regain it at 18 with an oath of allegiance.
