someone told me they heard that some states (Indiana was one) where they had 105% voter registration of the whole population (what about children in that pop?)..that’s extreme VOTER FRAUD.Sounds like they were speaking of Philadelphia... Ward politics in that city is bare-knuckles... sometimes literally.

Should be interesting to see how many "new" voters turn out in Philly this Nov. since 115-120% of eligible voters have cast ballots in recent previous elections. This should easily set a new record since PA has registered an additional 500,000 Democrat voters this year.
