If the facts are false rumors what do we call true rumors?
That reminds me of Pat Paulsen's presidential campaign. "On the record" (I still have it), he laments that his opponents have been spreading rumors about him: "terrible, horrible, vicious rumors! Rumors of the WORST kind: TRUE rumors!"
Once again, we have a clown running for president - but only half the population notices that he's a clown.
