That’s the description of those in the swamp too long.

It’s uncommon to use middle names...

John Fitzgerald Kennedy
Lyndon Baines Johnson
Richard Milhouse Nixon
Ronald Wilson Reagan
George Herbert Walker Bush
George Dubya Bush

Not that uncommon?

WTF?! Cheese and crackers, so “THAT ONE” is okay but God forbid if you say That One’s middle name.

W

Yeah... we’d never use a middle name to refer to someone in politics.

True. Calling someone by their middle name shouldn’t be a big deal. That the other side is offended by it says more about them than it does about those who use the name. Still, it’s a darn good thing that the McCain campaign has chosen not to comm... oh wait... never mind.

I think this is a good strategy of saying we won’t be using “Hussein” during the rest of our campaign. McCain just brought bigger attention to this by saying this. This means conservative talk will continue to say “Hussein.” Good strategy.

The guy is so tough and then he says sh** like this.I would tell the little marxist muslim to own up to his name, if he doesn’t like it he should change it! What is wrong with McCain sometimes?

Things like this are much more important.

The middle name issue is just drama-queen bait.

Good observation.

McCain is either a PC-diversity doofus on his way to losing this election, or he’s a cagey old jungle fighter with the instincts of a reincarnated Sun Tzu and Machiavelli’s DNA grafted on to boot...

I pray it’s the latter, so Sarah can occupy the executive branch in some capacity anyway.

Who is running this dog and pony show? This man is asleep.

Are you kidding me? McCain making the statement that he did will get more press than if he said nothing. The articles will bring more attention to his middle name. McCain doesn't have to say anything else and can focus on Ayers.

OK Let’s not use his full name, we should call him Barak Hussein.

OK, but let's Americanize it to Barry Hussey.

If we win it will be Sarah’s doing.

Perhaps. Or it could be that the next 3 weeks show what a crook That One is.

The middle name issue is just drama-queen bait.

and McCain took it. If he was going to say anything about it, he should have said "just make sure you get my name right on November 4th".

If Obama wins this election it will be America’s last election (except perhaps for some “show” election).

America has already had our "last election" as this current "election" is nothing but a "show" election, from the primary to present.

...and McCain took it.

I respectfully disagree. By making this statement, it draws attention to Obama's whining and it also gets his middle name out there again. And again. And again.

Amd McCain comes off looking like the class act.

My God, McCain really makes it hard to vote for him. What a wuss. Without Gov. Palin this man would be at least 20 pts behind. Seems like every day he manages to stick his thumb in my eye.

Let me be clear—I’m voting for Palin not McCain.
