McCain looked good at the PA rally. Stocks even went up when Sarah started talking. I had the suspicion that the DOW nosedive had something to do with Obama being ahead in the polls.
We may have an easier chance of avoiding the Obama trainwreck.
Many FReepers were wondering why McCain didn't bring that enthusiasm and aggressiveness to the debate but in the face of this threat you want to peak late and be as strong as possible on election day.

In the vote fraud that I have witnessed the perps often registered the phantom voters (people that don’t exist) as Republicans, Libertarians, Peace & Freedom Party (only in Kalifornia), etc. Party does not matter when you are castin ballots for the phantoms that you created.

They were avowed Marxists, actually, although they were working hard to elect Democrats. In the case that I saw, Hermandad Nacional Mexicano (the Mexican National Brotherhood, a marxist organization) had a FEDERAL CONTRACT to “educate” immigrants who wanted to become citizens. They also used the federal funds to pay their employees to go door-to-door and sign people, both citizens and illegal aliens, up to vote. Later, they came back to the people’s homes to “help” them complete their absentee ballots. Get this, the contract was from INS during the Reagan Administration! The election they helped steal cost Rep. Bob Dornan his seat in Congress. See my posts going back to 1996 on vote fraud.

There was an anemic investigation and HNM was barred from getting new federal contracts for a period of time. I don’t recall anyone going to jail. These sort of abuses happen regularly and the only antidote is a Prez and AG with huevos big enough to go after them. I still think Rudy would be the best pick for AG.

The book reveals a whole sweep of history of which America is unaware. The book is not polemic. It is a solid , copiously annotated academic work, that makes excellent reading.
As one versed in the academe of research into fascism,I wish everyone in our country would read it.
But it will take several years for the rest of America to catch up to what you and I , and perhaps several million others already know.
The Manifesto of the National Socialist Workers Party has many common traits to the Obama platform. Certainly the view is very much the same. I read it recently also.
