Here's the breakdown on the FReepathon Challenge
at the present time:

$   10 - 1
$   25 - 3
$   50 - 2
$ 100 - 7

One more person has been gracious enough to doante $100 to the cause.

Three more $100 takers and our Charter Members are on the line for at least $100 dollars...

...and me too.  Waaaaaa....  ;-)

I just pledged $5.00 per month. After I pledged, I noticed that I did a typo in my phone number, but there was no way to correct it. When I tried, the screen said I’d already pledged.

Could ya let me know how to correct it for the records? I can give the # to you, or I could do an email to JimRob.

P.S. I also fouled up the part where it asks if I want the fact that I’m a donor to be known. In the past, I’ve always remained anomymous, but I wouldn’t mind my name being on the list now.

Real nice, you send me a note and I don’t respond. I apologize for not catching this. I watch my pings or posts to me carefully.

You should direct that question to Jim Robinson. He is the actually collecting agent here. We have merely documented what folks donated to him through this little enterprise.

Bump!

I wanted to let you all know, that we received $885.00 for our efforts on this thread.  That's over 1% of the total donations this FReepathon.  I have donated an additional $200 in the spirit of the FReepathon Challenge.  This brings our contributions total up to $1085.00 for the FReepathon Challenge.

You folks were very nice to jump in and support the effort.  To my fellow Charter Members, I don't believe any of you owe any additional funds.  We didn't meet even our lowest minimum trigger point.  Most of you already donated here, so I just want to say thanks very much.

I'm going to do something like this again in January, if you would like to be Charter Members again, I'll ping you to the thread.

If we start right away and let folks know what's up, I think we can get a lot more participation.  Your willingness to bump the thread and chip was appreciated very much.

Wait a minute. Stop the presses! If you tossed in 200 more and I tossed in 100 more, doesn't that put us over 10 for the $100 column thereby holding all the Charter members feet to the fire?

Well... I’m not going to hold people’s feet to the fire on that one. I like your enthusiasm, but that isn’t exactly ten people forking over $100, even if it is the same amount of money.

Most of our Charter Members forked over $100 up front. That was very nice of them, and I appreciated it very much.
