If raising taxes and extending unemployment is what it is going to take to keep voter’s money safe, they would be willing to vote for the devil himself. Obama might not have good ideas on what to do about the crisis. But that isn’t the point. It comes down to who the voters believe. And the sad fact is John McCain, as a member of the party in power in the White House, has about as much credibility on the economy as my pet cat Snowball.

but Obama didn't offer even this much of a plan. Anyone who has cut over to Obama in the last few weeks because of his economic positions has got to be wondering why after tonight. McCain may not have won the debate, but Obama surely supressed his own vote tonight.

He never offers much of a plan. He wants to spend $15 billion to free us from foreign oil in 10 years, never says what he is going to do with the money or how it will free us. I think most of his plans can not be told out loud, like this mandatory service crap. We need a commerical telling him to keep his hands off our kids!
