This story wouldn't normally have caught my eye (because the cache of weapons is kinda small). That was until I came across the name
Joseph Aboud.
Joesph Aboud is reportedly either a member of or has close ties to Jamaat-al-Muslimeen, a "violent jihadists" group in Trinidad/Tobago, combining North American 'Black Power' ideas with that of Islamic radicalism beginning the late 1970's.

713 rounds? WTF? that isn't a trip to the range. I'm going to a family reunion with my ancient aunties, and I'm taking 4K rounds of .22. Along with more manly rounds. But my old aunts will shoot up the .22 long before we leave.
The bad guys just aren't what they used to be anymore. 713 rounds.... Pffft.
