Is that letter public record, and if so, does anyone have access to a copy???
Another question: Does anyone have figures on what Federal Revenues were in 2000, and what they were in 2007, adjusted for inflation and population growth? Similar data for Reagan’s tenure would also be useful. (You can see where I am heading with this, I think!)
