They say politics is Hollywood for ugly people, but one good side benefit of McCain naming a truly attractive veep is that it’s stopped all the ridiculous ‘Obama’s so handsome’ talk. She’s raised the scale and he’s now seen as just the average guy he is.

To the average undecided voter Obama looked BORING when they expected him to be awesome, while Sarah was STUNNING when they didn’t expect it. I think that’s very good for us.
