While the two presidential candidates, Senators John McCain and Barack Obama, prepare for their second debate on Oct. 7 at Belmont University in Nashville, Tom Brokaw gets to sift through questions submitted by you. In addition to queries from a group randomly selected by the Gallup organization, Brokaw will be fielding questions submitted online at mydebates.org, the site created by the Commission on Presidential Debates and Myspace. The focus of the town hall-style debate will be domestic and foreign policy, Brokaw's specialties.
Looks like the Obama voters are asking the questions tonight...
Yes, absolutely. As somebody else said on here earlier, “sucking out the energy.” They’re VERY afraid.
Has anyone noticed that McCain remains standing while Obama answers questions? Obama is sitting down while McCain speaks
true dat
McCain wants to give the poor a $7,000 tax exemption per child! That will buy a lot of cigarettes, beer, drugs and tatoos!
Do you understand the difference between a tax exemption and a tax credit? The former is deducted from your taxable income. If it sends your taxable income past zero, you don’t get a check for the difference.
Oh he’ll fix that - no income, no problem, here’s your check, thanks for your vote.
Probably a moderate and leaning a little to the left on feminist issues. We've never talked politics.
Barf alert — global warming.
I can’t see the debate... Is this @ssholew right...is Mac losing the debate...

Somebody correct me... but, this is supposed to be 400 undecided voters... I see tons of blacks.... Blacks are going 99% for Zero... They really found all of those undecided blacks? I call BULLSHIITE!
Oh brother.....climate change!
McCain is saving the planet now!
Great, a climate change question. How about something about closing the borders!
If Romney is the front runner in 4 years, I’m voting third party. I won’t vote for someone who comes from a cult.

Maybe you should take a break.
McCain just made the single most important point he’s going to make all night. While he could’ve pointed out that 95% of Americans don’t pay taxes, you can’t do math in debates and expect people to understand.
Instead he chose to make the point that Obama promises tax cuts yet his RECORD indicates the complete opposite. If that point resonates, McCain wins.
We are not picking on him. Hell, we want him to win.
