While the two presidential candidates, Senators John McCain and Barack Obama, prepare for their second debate on Oct. 7 at Belmont University in Nashville, Tom Brokaw gets to sift through questions submitted by you. In addition to queries from a group randomly selected by the Gallup organization, Brokaw will be fielding questions submitted online at mydebates.org, the site created by the Commission on Presidential Debates and Myspace. The focus of the town hall-style debate will be domestic and foreign policy, Brokaw's specialties.

Obama thinks only a small percent of small business make 250K?? That needs to be corrected, McCain said 50% O said a “small” percent.

“I think McCain is wiping the floor with Obama right now. He brought up Fannie/Freddie to such an extent that Obama really didn’t answer him. He is contrasting Obama’s liberal record with his record of bipartisanship.
If you say something in a debate and the opponent doesn’t respond, it’s true.
If you don’t respond to an opponent’s charge, it’s true.
Right now McCain is negating everything Obama says while launching his own attacks. This is the best I have ever seen McCain.

Someone who met McCain's plane late yesterday afternoon for a greeting thing told me last night that McCain looked "really tired -- REALLY tired." Damn.
